Abstract: Two prerequisites are essential for guaranteeing more durable terminology standardization: neonymic description of the linguistic standard, that is, the body of laws governing the usage of a given language, whereas neonymic planning involves the formulation of principles by which the language is to be molded. This paper demonstrates the procedures of neonymic description.
