There are different ways of producing dictionaries, alphabetical word lists, systematic world lists, encyclopaedia with explanations, dictionaries of synonyms. For translation purposes an alphabetical one to one relation dictionary will be according the needs, but for a systematic terminology dictionary a systematic word list will be necessary.
