Note included in a term entry indicating the degree of equivalence, directionality or other special features affecting equivalence between an L1 term and an L2 term.

directionality:

Property of multilingual equivalent terms indicating whether a similar degree of equivalence exists when moving from L1 to L2 as when moving from L2 to L1.

reliability code:

Code assigned to a data element of record indicating adjudged accuracy and completeness.
