Terminology


ILEX (Integrated Lexicon theory) is an informal departmental project on computational lexicology, concerned with the development of an integrated theory of phonology, morphology, lexical semantics, and the lexicon.


DATR is a knowledge representation language originally developed by Gazdar and Evans at the Universitiy of Sussex.


HyprLex (Hyperlexicon Toolkit) © is a departmental project applying hypertext, inheritance and object-oriented concepts to the lexicology of spoken language.
