3 The corpus linguistic approach

Preparatory tasks:

1. Extend your bibliography by searching the web and the library catalogue for books on Corpus Linguistics.
2. Check the web for studies on corpus linguistics and universities with courses on corpus linguistics, and familiarise yourselves with the contents.
3. Prepare your own corpus in which you can find idioms in context.
