Classes in Summer Semester 2003

Important information:

1. Test results for
   Formale Methoden 3,
   How to handle Speech (Monday class),
   How to handle Speech (Thursday class).
2. The "Scheine" will be prepared by Fr. Retzlaff (C6-136). Since there are rather a lot, for various classes, this will also take some time. I will sign them as soon as possible after that.
3. If you have queries, please do NOT send email enquiries directly to me but to Frau Retzlaff (kretzlaff@uni-bielefeld.de), who will bundle the queries and send them on. While travelling I will in general be processing emails via mobile phone and Palm handheld, and it is very expensive to process emails in quantity via these media.

Notes:

1. My office hour this term is Monday 12-14h. Please enter your name in the list on the notice board outside my room (C-138). If the office hour is cancelled owing to other duties, this will be announced on the notice board.
2. Detailed class information will be included as soon as possible and updated regularly.
3. Final organisational details will be discussed in the first meeting of each class.
4. All participants in all classes are expected to participate actively by holding an oral presentation or doing exercises (depending on the class). Further qualifications are by term paper or end of term examination (depending on the class and on your specific course requirements).
5. Before the class, do some web research on the topic on your own initiative!
