Welsh pronunciation and spelling

Web (and other) research:

1. Describe the phonemic system of Welsh, with
   1. vowel table,
   2. consonant table.
2. For each sound,
   1. describe its articulatory phonetic properties,
   2. practice pronouncing it.
3. Make a table of the sounds-to-letter and letter-to-sound rules of Welsh.
4. Find a Welsh text on the web, and
   1. transliterate a few sentences from orthography to phonemic transcription,
   2. practise pronouncing it.

Note:
Transcriptions should use the IPA symbols and conventions. You will easily find the most recent IPA chart on the web.
