1. Prepare a glossary for the terms, based on searches on the web and on the Clark & Yallop textbook:

   8. feature bundle
   9. feature matrix
   10. phonological rule (for rules using distinctive features)
   11. phoneme (with different definitions, based on distribution and similarity; allophones; distinctive features)
2. Catalogue the distinctive features for
   1. English phonemes, or
   2. German phonemes
   as a distinctive feature matrix.
3. Prepare distinctive feature matrices (as tables in Word or Excel) for either the English or the German words:
   1. mint, women, tap, splint
   2. müller, flink, tipp, sprint
