So far we have discussed
- a tiny English text corpus,
- some basic techniques for processing the corpus in order to extract grammatical information,
- categories (parts of speech),
- functions of parts of speech and relations between them,
- paradigmatic and syntagmatic relations,
- a model for describing linguistic categories:
- some structures in simple sentences,
- some recursive properties of complex sentences.
